Managed to eat correctly all week, I've got my diet broken down to my 40/40/20 split. and I am getting better at meal planing. I am also focusing on form vs how much weight I can put up 8 reps with good form at a lower weight is better than 8 with poor form. I've dropped 1.8 pounds in a week which is good. I am still working on my calorie intake It think I've been a little short a few days. But all in all I am off to a good start.
