Hi Talia

I don't mean make your workout longer, I mean general activity. Walk places instead of driving that sort of thing. That is what I do - I walk or ride my bike everywhere.

I like your pictures - your doggie is very cute.

ok haha.. I ruined another day and so this is no longer day 4. tomorrow, yes procrastination at it's finest, tomorrow will be day 1 and I am swearing to myself now that I will stick to this plan for the next 6 weeks because I am sick of putting this off! it's time to seriously get serious!!!!!

goal:
*only one of the 8 c's one time per week at an acceptable intake- I can't believe I haven't even had any cereal yet! seriously no picking or anything at it! now if I could only control my cravings for peanut butter!!!!
*keep calorie intake same
*try and lower fat intake to at least 45 grams per day and see where that rolls
* eat more veggies! ever since I became a meat eater again I kind of forgot what vegetables are
* keep processed food as minimal as possible
*make and bring my own food for work
*take it one day at a time
* re-test on the 4th- the day before my birthday

GAME ON!!!

Day 1- went very well. I haven't been able to get the grocery store so tomorrow will be more challenging but I think I will manage. I stuck to what I brought to eat at work, spaced it out good enough and when I got home had some chicken and mashed pots. I am really into doing this for myself so I think I am finally on the right track here!

today:
cardio- 30 min octane- 10 min 8 resistance, 10 min 9 resistance, 10 min 10 resistance
decline scull crushers -12lb db- 21 reps
decline bicep curls- abs engaged- 10lbs, 21 reps
v-sit chest press 19lb bb- 21 reps
full ab crunch with 19lb bb- 10 reps
side crunch with 19lb bb- 10 reps

75lb chest press- 10 reps
reverse delts on back extension 5lb plates in each hand - 21 reps
sm bench throw -20lbs, 21 reps
lat pull down - 40lbs, 21 reps

repeat this 1 more time

Day 2- another good day. kept below my fat intake, but still need to eat more in calories. I finally did a little shopping so I can have a great breakfast and some really good snacks/lunch food. I just started reading Twilight and it's making me remember how much I enjoy reading and even writing. When I was in school I was so philosophical and was so in tune with my emotions and now I just feel like I have let them run lose because I don't write poetry or allow my emotions to be absorbed into something totally false. It feels great reading it! I have been underlining words I don't know and looking them up and probably going to take them and put them into a nice little booklet or something so I can learn them

today's workout:
30 min elliptical
leg press:
90lbs, 1 set, 12 reps
1 leg lunge on bosu ball 1 set 10 reps each leg with 15lb db in each hand
repeat 2 more times

bosu ball deadlift 31lbs 1 set, 12 reps
1 leg deadlift, 10 reps each leg, 15lb db in each hand

day 3- using this as my 1 day a week to cheat. I was doing great until after working 11-9 got into a stupid argument with my boyfriend over the phone on my way home and I am completely ****ing aggrivated and I am going to bed now because he can't give me answers to things that come out of his mouth. So I ate pizza for dinner!!! I'm not gonna worry about it, all of the other days this week I will be in a position to eat something good so I am not going to let it get me down, just use it as my cheat day and let it go

workout:
30 min elliptical

ball crunch x15
side crunch with 8lb db x 15
reverse crunch on bench x15
leg raise on bench x15
plank hold 30 sec
repeat all of this 2 more times
bench press
1 set, 75lbs 10 reps
1 set, 75lbs, 10 reps

Minime- boy troubles are resolved thank god! we usually don't fight a lot anymore but when we do it's about stupid stuff. I hated going to bed mad and upset because I slept like crap, but oh well, it's over now!

I can't believe I can bench that! I remember not even being able to do the bar haha or being like will I ever add weight to this thing? It's great having Jen as a workout buddy because when I say 70 she says 75, when I say 8 reps she says 10 and if she does 10 I HAVE to do 10 too haha~!

October 30th,
45 min elliptical at home

october 31st
23 min elliptical
22 min stair climber
abs:\ball crunch x15
side crunch with 8lb db x 15
reverse crunch on bench x15
leg raise on bench x15
plank hold 30 sec
repeat all of this 2 more times

Halloween was fun, I was a sunny side up egg and my boyfriend was bacon. It was cool cause no one else dressed up like funny stuff but I did feel out of place by not showing off my body. Next year, I am being slutty and that's it. So I have a full year to get hot! haha

day 4 & 5 have been ok- last night I munched on some bagel crisps and hummus but it could have been worse, I avoided pretzles thursday and last night so I am very proud over that! I am getting my period soon so the scale is pretty lame haha. I weighed 135 at the doctor with pants, a shirt, a sweat and sneakers on, so I figure 132 which I normally am. 3lbs for the clothes?! I think so? maybe..who knows..

today is an off day although I might do something, but more than likely I won't because I really want to finish the book "Twilight" I am reading so I can move to the next one in the series! it's really good!
