Hi Brat,

Thanks for sharing and how true that is more often than not. Women need to take some lessons from us guys.

Actually I'm pretty hard on myself too but after going to a large family reunion this weekend and getting in on a photo of 8 male cousins, I realize that the hard work is worth every bit of it and really shows when standing next to a "Joe Blow". But I won't let that go to my head because I am a middle age man, and I know that I am only as good as my last workout and I am what I have just eaten. And I ate a good plate of pork carnitas on Saturday night.

Glad to read your post. You've been quiet lately. I hope you are well.
