Hi Klinger,

Between 36 and 37 minutes for the 5 miler would be nice. I'd be tickle pink if I did 36 flat but it might be a little early in my fun run season for that.

Hmm. I bet you can do 36. That's an average pace of 7:12, which your workouts indicate you are surely capable of. I say go for it if you're feeling fresh and set the bar high for the rest of the season.

I know I've asked this before, but what does the Latin mean again? I couldn't find it in the past journals you've had. D'oh!

Peace of the lord be with you always?

You have answered your question correctly.

Pax (peace) Domini (Lord) be always (sit semper) with you (vobiscum).

My wife is taking a Latin class and she says it is tough. I knew that.

Yeah I'd imagine Latin would be a tough one to learn lol. I'm studying Spanish, might even end up with a double major in it...who knows.

Talking

Thursday, June 30, 2005

Slept in today as I was extra tired from the previous day's workout.

At home in the morning, I briefly did the following:

DVR - Liederman chest press (CH-1) moderate + intensity, middle, high, low and high planes - 10 reps each for a total of 40 reps.

DVR - Atlas bicep flex and press (BI-10) moderate + intensity - 20 reps.

After a long morning meeting with a client, I came home for lunch, something I seldom do. And, I took a nap and decided not to go back to work. That nap sure felt good!
