Quick morning workout at home.
CardioGlide - 100 reps followed by 25 standard push-ups on knuckles. Completed 2 supersets.
Going to a client's directly from home so no gym this morning. A little tired. Seems like my Tuesday workout is a great cardio combo that I like and will be doing at least once per week and maybe twice.
Planned on walking to this client this morning but I had a lot of files, a laptop and a printer to take so my wife gave me a ride. I'll be at this location for the next two weeks and I plan on walking to and from. Each way is approximately 1.5 miles.
Walked home from this clients.
Then, in the evening, walked to the library to return some books where I am now. Using their internet connection as my laptop is at my clients so this is the only way to check in. I will walk home. Total round trip is approximately 2.0 miles.
Total distance walked today will be 3.5 miles.

At home, 20 minute superset workout consisting of 3 supersets of the following: 100 reps on the CardioGlide, followed by 30 standard push-ups on knuckles, followed by 30 full-range bodyweight squats. Then 10 standard push-ups on knuckles and 10 full-range bodyweight squats. Total of 300 reps on the CardioGlide, 100 push-ups and 100 bodyweight squats.

Still working at a client in downtown Sacramento so I am going direct from home to the client's location via foot. This is messing up my standard early a.m. workout schedule and today was no exception. I do best in the early a.m. in a gym environment.
So today, I walked to work, walked during the lunch hour, walked home and took an evening walk with my wife. Total distance covered was approximately 5 miles.
I'm starting a new thread for June 2005.
