great workout pierini. THat girl looks great! She looks much better in the black and white photo than in the exercise demonstation..its like a different person lol
Pierini i am thinking of doing your 10x5 idea for dips tonight, if my shoulder allows. What would u think of doing the same with pullups? so a 10x5 dips, 10x5 pullups (assist of course)? i usually do 10-12 on the pullup for 3 sets so could lower resistance slightly and try the 10 sets of 5.
wow a sub 7min mile pace for over 3miles is a great goal! They would have to peel me off the course about a mile in

Give the combo a try and see how it goes. I'd do them as a superset before taking your recovery and I'd do the pullups first, but that's just my preference. Target 90-120 seconds as a recovery and see how it goes. You can always adjust as necessary.
A great chaser is to conclude with some muscle flexing/posing of the muscles you hit during this combo. Great time for a photo shoot for your boyfriend.
Have a great day!

Joined the Fleet Feet Store running group at 5:30 p.m. for their Thursday evening 5-mile run. I decided to take it easy and actually enjoy the run since it was the first time I've run since my 10k fun run last Thursday. The weather was clear, a little cold, but it felt great as I was in a car driving for 6 hours today and my legs needed to be worked.
I ran 5 miles in 46:09 which is a very pleasant pace of 9:14 per mile. My average HR was 143 bpm (77% of max) and my highest HR was 166 bpm (90% of max - don't know where that was as it sure didn't feel like it).
I'm starting a new thread for December. I'm taking tomorrow off from work but I more than likely will train. So have a great day everyone!
