Please help me with my progress... / my journal

So I'm 23, currently 5'9" 150lbs, maybe a little over.

I'd really like to put on 20-30lbs, so i'm currently reading all i can to modify my diet for more calorie and high protien intake. As it sits right now, my diet goes something like this:

Meal 1 (9:00am)
banana
cup of yogurt

Meal 2 (11:00am)
Sandwich
-turkey (2 slices)
-roast beef (1 slice)
-1 slice of cheese
-mayo
-mustard

OR

Sandwich
-1 16 oz pack of tuna
-mayo
-mustard
-1 slice cheese

It really just depends....

Meal 3 (1:00pm)
carne asada burrito, subway sandwich, big burger, somthing like that...

Meal 4 (4:00pm)
Another sandwich

Meal 5 (7:00pm)
either steak, chicken, or fish with a green vegetable, and another side.

I workout around 9:00pm

Out by around 10:00pm

I usually eat another meaty food later in the night and go to bed around 12:00am...

I wake up around 7-8am so i get 8 hours of sleep usually........

I usually kinda active at work as i work with a lot of parts and moving of parts and boxes, etc...

I have a high metabolism too, as i have a hard time gaining weight.... i seem to be stuck at 150... but that should change soon with my diet modifications you can help me with!

I'm currently only measuring my arms around... I seem to be gaining 1/8th inch for every time i work my arms... i'm currently working my arms twice a weak... is this progress good?? should i be gaining more? My arms ar at 11.5 inches round right now... i started at around 11 inches 3 weeks ago... It feels like i'm getting stronger and i seem to be upping my weight or getting a couple more reps before fail every time i work out...

Anything here you can see that i should change? Help me get myself into shape! PLLLEEASSEE??

Thanks

I'm currently trying to calculate my total colorie intake in a normal day, so i'll just get that number and adjust accordingly...

My progress is very steady...

I worked my bicept/tri last thursday again... it's now saturday and they have grown a complete and steady 1/8th inch.... I see my body starting to transform... It's just a slow process that i have to understand won't be over night. I have to be very dedicated and focused and i'm soo into it now that i can't wait for my work out days... it's crazy. Here's a arm pic that i just snapped. Arms are now at 11 5/8".

sounds good, keep going just make sure you eat eat and eat some more, i started 4 months ago with 11.5 inch arms i now have 14 inch arms although i am carrying a little more fat than i like, i have some pics in the before and after, once you hit 12 you will feel proud then when you get to 13 you will be beggin for 14 then for 15+ its addictive

so i got on the scale last night only to be let down. I lost 2 lbs. I thought i was eating like a mad man, but my body metabolises like crazy. If i don't eat my normal 6 - 8 meals a day i start to lose weight. It kinda sucks, but we'll see what i can do. My arms are still going up an 1/8th of an inch after recovery...
