Well, I'm back at it..I hate being out of shape...
So for the next 3 weeks I will slowly work my way back into my workout room.
Last night I started out, did some benchwork, squats and triceps...
I barely lift 70% of what I use to..no worries though..I know it will take time to get back into the swing of things...
Woke up this morning to something i havent felt in awhile...hunger!!!!
Broke out the egg whites and oatmeal...man its good to be back...
a little sore ut good to be back...
Tonights goal is to focus on biceps, back and calves...
Only decisiion I havent made yet is to bulk or cut because my gut is looking really ugly right now..but why cut twice?
We'll see...I'd really like to keep updated on this journal....
The muscle feeling in my body feels sooo good right now...memories!!!
