Well, I'm back at it..I hate being out of shape...

So for the next 3 weeks I will slowly work my way back into my workout room.

Last night I started out, did some benchwork, squats and triceps...
I barely lift 70% of what I use to..no worries though..I know it will take time to get back into the swing of things...
Woke up this morning to something i havent felt in awhile...hunger!!!!
Broke out the egg whites and oatmeal...man its good to be back...
a little sore ut good to be back...

Tonights goal is to focus on biceps, back and calves...
Only decisiion I havent made yet is to bulk or cut because my gut is looking really ugly right now..but why cut twice?
We'll see...I'd really like to keep updated on this journal....
The muscle feeling in my body feels sooo good right now...memories!!!

Day 2...ahh these legs feel good...

worked the back of the legs, calves did some front presses and biceps along with the shoulders...Just gotta remind myself dont overdo it because I'm just starting out again..take it easy and slowly work my way up to throwin some hurt at my muscles in about 3 weeks.
made sure i had some protein after my workout along with some glucose to get that shtuff to my muscles. Trying to make sure i get protein with every meal...

So last night I decided I am gonna bulk

When I started I was 5'10.5" 165 lbs...weighed myself last night at 170lbs.

My goal is to hit 200 lbs and then cut...i am guessing itll take me at least 3 months to do so...but i am really looking forward to the improvements in my health and appearance.
