I plan to start a 2800 calorie/day diet.
I plan a 50/30/20 ratio of protein, carbohydrates, fat in my diet

Eating Plan:
6:00AM - Meal 1
9:00AM - Meal 2
12:00PM - Meal 3
3:00PM - Meal 4 (protein shake)
6:00PM ------WORKOUT-------
8:00PM Meal 5 (protein shake)
10:00PM Small meal #6 (low carbohydrates)
Still working on diet meal plans but know to utilize
chicken, tuna, eggs(boiled without yokes) and peanut butter
