PoorboyTek's Journal


I entitled it this way because my life definitely needs a change for the better and working out makes me feel alive... here are my stats as of 7/29/03

Sex: Male
Age: 31
Height: 5'11"
Weight: 165 lbs

Body Fat: 16%

Chest: 36.25 inches
Arm: 12.25 inches
Forearm: 11 inches
Thigh: 21 7/8 inches
Gut: 37 inches
Calves: 13 3/8 inches


Workout plan
--------------

Sunday: Upper Body
Monday: Lower Body
Tuesday: -off-
Wednesday: Cardio
Thursday: Upper body
Friday: Lower Body
Saturday: -off-

I plan to start a 2800 calorie/day diet.
I plan a 50/30/20 ratio of protein, carbohydrates, fat in my diet
I plan to use Whey protein shakes

Eating Plan:

6:00AM - Meal 1
9:00AM - Meal 2
12:00PM - Meal 3
3:00PM - Meal 4 (protein shake)
6:00PM ------WORKOUT-------
8:00PM Meal 5 (protein shake)
10:00PM Small meal #6 (low carbohydrates)




Still working on diet meal plans but know to utilize
chicken, tuna, eggs(boiled without yokes) and peanut butter






ANY ANY ANY IDEAS WELCOME!!!!!

My goal is the following:

195 lbs (30lb gain)
get back my six pack (got a keg belly)

Addendum to info:


Total Cholesterol 156 (IDEAL less than 180 borderline 180-220
too high - above 220


Fasting cholesterol testing
HDL: 45 (Ideal: greater than 45)
LDL: 82 (Normal: 50-140)

Triglycerides: 143 (normal 35-160)
