Post Physio / Summer Competition / Sesathen
Lets get back on track.
G O A L S
:: 425lbs Deadlift needed for entry into club.
:: Dramatically increase squat poundages for club comp.
:: Both goals by 01/09/04 (September this year.)
Had quite a few physio sessions now, and he is alright with me introducing resistence into the grand scheme of things, I won't be full on squatting for another few weeks I think - just gonna go on the rehab machines & leg curl. I think the deadlift is do-able, last november (last time I deadlifted) I got 395lbs....so I'm a good few months down, going to start prepping the back, and hopefully should come through on that, the squats are going to prove a big problem and wll bring my total right down.
C U R R E N T .. S T A T S
Weight :: 212lbs
BF % :: ~ 9 - 10%
Current Total :: 1195lbs (November Last Year)
Wanted Total :: 1275 @ ~ 199lbs - 202lbs bodyweight.
As you can see, since January this year I've calculated that I've lost around 28lbs, if I've calculated right, around 11lbs of that was muscle, 12lbs fat and 5lb as a variable, possibly water weight most of the time. So that doesn't help matters, however now I've lost so much weight I might be able to shoot for the lower weight class and finish on top rather than go into the other class at a minimal weight for the group and only just pull through.

I really wouldn't be showing off ... I was wondering if anyone would catch onto this, not to worry...probably won't be posting the poundages, you know it's not worth the hassle Dark By the way Dark, how are those insane BB curls going, I'm going to beat you one day, you know that right ? .. Hey I told you I crushed a can in one didn't I ? ... what a trick!

I stopped curling for like a month now haha. I am going to start again soon so i hope i wont be too surprised at how weak my biceps are. Start posting poundages, that way we can see your progress which i am sure you will make lots of.

Thanks for the feedback kungfu74! They're not too bad I guess, could be better if I didn't have to shift most the balancing to one leg ...not to worry though, times a' chagin' .

Not suprising really, and it's only 2.75kg more than my best, I expected more from doing bench pretty intense since November, seem to be stuck at 390lbs mark for about 3 / 4 months now.
Got in free again.
