I started out 168 lbs waist 33 inches on 1-1-2005
I am currenty 163lbs
my goal is 150 27 inch waist by march 1st 2005
I am 5 - 7

I am going to try straight cardio seeing as i am naturally muscular. I have been doing spinning classes and they have really helped define my thighs so i am going to stick to that. I hold most of my wieght in my upper body also
