Progress


Just a personal log that I'll add important lift dates in, nothing like a diary. Criticisms etc welcome although it's more for personal benefit.

22/11/03

Bodyweight as of AM : 235lbs
Bodyfat % as of AM : 13%
Age : 18


Bench : 385lb [3 Rep Max, One spotted]
Squat : 405lbs [2 Rep Max]
Deadlift : 468lbs [4 Rep Max]

Training in the AM and then in the PM. Hardcore training for a while.
