Ralex 5 fattening journal


Day 1 feb 10
Breakfast
3 egg cheese omlet consisting of 3 egg whites and one yolk and 2 slices of cheese. 8 oz glass of oj.
Lunch
large quarter pounder value meal from Mcdonalds with large pepsi

Snacks 2 cans of pepsi

Dinner
2 chicken quarters, box of augratin potatoes(5 servings), two slices of bread, 3 ribs

Snacks
full can of green beans
peanut butter sandwhich
cup of yogurt

2 grilled cheese sandwiches (2 slices of cheese per sandwich)' 8 oz of oj

Snack
banana

Lunch
a tony's pizza and 8 oz glass of oj

Dinner
1 chicken quarter, 2 ribs, 2 slices of buttered bread

Snack
skillet sensation(entire package)
cup of yogurt
peanut butter sandwich.

two slices of toast, cup of yogurt, 8oz of oj

Snack
banana

Lunch
large quarter pounder with cheese value meal, refilled coke once
6 piece chicken nugget.

Snack
cup of yogurt

Dinner
box of macaroni and cheese and 3 chicken thighs

banana, 3 sweet sixteen chocolate donuts(330 calories)

Lunch
large quarter pounder with cheese value meal, with large coke
6 piece chicken nugget, 4oz oj with creatine.

Snack
one donut, cup of yogurt

Dinner
1 pound cheeseburger, box of augratin potatoes(5 servings) 8oz oj

I don't know what I weigh in at today, but Saturday Feb 2, I weighed 186 pounds, and on Thursday, Feb 6, I was at 193 pounds. I've got 8 more to go to break the 200 mark. I think I'm going to make it. Surprisingly though it hasn't gone to my stomach too much, I still have a faint outline of a 6 pack. This may not be the healthiest diet, but it's working for me for now. Once I get over 200 I'll try to cut down on the fast food.

Day 10 Feb 19
I think I'm done with this fattening diet. I'm starting to feel like crap from eating all this junk and my skin is starting to get greasy(probably from all the mcdonalds). I'm at 195 pounds now, and will put the rest of the weight on slower. My body just wasn't meant to consume this much junk.

cup of yogurt, 6 donuts(660 calories)
