Friday, I was bored in the morning and felt like doing SOMETHING so I ran 1.5 miles. Saturday I went to the beach and then went in the pool for about an hour.

Same 16 minute HIIT session, same abs workout, but I added 10 seconds to each of the planks.


Monday:

Back/Biceps


Assisted Chin-ups supersetted w/ Seated Cable Rows
1x10 @ -78 lbs. / 1x15 @ 70 lbs.
1x7 @ -78 lbs. / 1x12 @ 80 lbs.
1x10 @ -84 lbs. / 1x8 @ 90 lbs., drop set 1x8 @ 70 lbs.

Lat Pulldown
1x15 @ 70 lbs.
1x8 @ 110 lbs., drop set 1x10 @ 70 lbs.
1x5 @ 120 lbs., drop set 1x10 @ 70 lbs.

BB Bent-over Rows
1x15 @ 45 lbs.
1x10 @ 65 lbs.
1x7 @ 75 lbs.
1x15 @ 45 lbs.

Less weight on those because my form was a LOT better than last week.

EZ-bar Bicep Curls
1x15 @ 25 lbs.
1x12 @ 45 lbs.
1x9 @ 45 lbs.
1x15 @ 25 lbs.

Hammer Curls - each set to failure
1x12 @ 10 lbs.
1x11 @ 10 lbs.
1x8 @ 10 lbs.
1x8 @ 10 lbs.

EZ-bar Reverse Curls
1x15 @ 25 lbs.
1x8 @ 35 lbs.
2x15 @ 25 lbs.

Well I pretty much gave up on updating this cuz I've been too busy working out. Or I'm just too lazy. Anyways, I now weigh 175 -- I've gained 5 pounds of lean mass and my fat now ranges between 11.9-13.7% according to the Tanita. That's with eating pizza, burritos, donuts, extremely sugary muffins, In-n-Out, or huge ass shawarma laffas almost daily. This is fun!

Hell yeah man I'm with you. Chinese buffet, chili cheese fries, wings today...my weight never changes and BF continually goes down
