For the most part some pretty good gains, I'm pretty dissapointed with the arm curl though. I had a real hard time getting that bar up for the last couple reps of each set.
My gf overslept, and she was supposed to wake me up... so i didnt get a chance to workout at the gym this morning. I decided to take this week off anyway, though, because it's been awhile since i've taken a good long break, and I need to get refocused.
