kinda rushed tonight cause i have a lot to do to get ready for school tomorrow... did as much as i could though

Cardio:
5 min run in place
4x10 Dips between chairs
4x12 reverse chair dips

3x25 calf raise (each leg)
3x60 bouncing squat

2x35 Biceps curl
2x10 Triceps floor dip

3x30 Situps
3x30 Leg raises

Do you use the leg press machine with actual plates, or is there something different with cables? I was confused there... :confused:

huh? there are cables used to raise the plates.... if that's what your asking.

On the leg press machine it's usually a sled or hinged on a slant. I've never heard of cables so I was just curious.

8/31/04 - Tuesday

Leg Press: 3x10 @ 200 lbs
Tricep Press: 3x10 @ 100 lbs
Arm Curl 3x10 @ 50 lbs
Leg Curl: 3x10 @ 100 lbs
Rowing: 3x10 @ 100 lbs
Pullover: 1x10 @ 75 lbs, 1x10 @ 87.5 lbs, 1x10 @ 62.5 lbs (kept changing the weight because I wasn't sure what I could handle)


I'm seeing some pretty good improvements, but I can tell that I need to work a lot harder to see those big gains.

Vertical Butterfly: 3x6 @ 62.5
Row: 3x10 @ 100 lbs
Pullover: 3x10 75 lbs 1x15 @ 62.5 lbs
Leg Curl: 3x10 @ 87.5 lbs
Arm Curl: 2x10 @ 62.5 lbs 1x10 @ 50 lbs
Tricep Press: 3x10 @ 100 lbs
Leg Press: 2x10 @ 200lbs, 1x15 @ 200 lbs (added 5 reps from Tuesday)


For the most part some pretty good gains, I'm pretty dissapointed with the arm curl though. I had a real hard time getting that bar up for the last couple reps of each set.

9/6/04 - Monday - A quick workout before going on a date... didn't have time for regular cardio on Sunday

5 min run in place
4x10 chair dips
4x10 reverse chair dips

3x30 situps
3x30 leg raises

My gf overslept, and she was supposed to wake me up... so i didnt get a chance to workout at the gym this morning. I decided to take this week off anyway, though, because it's been awhile since i've taken a good long break, and I need to get refocused.
