Sarah's Diet and Exercise Journal

Ok, going to be starting a cycle of anavar tomorrow.

I'll begin by taking 5 mg's a day for the first week, then pyramid up and down for about 6 weeks.

I'll begin posting my daily diet and workouts as well as effects tomorrow.

Right now, I'm about 170 lbs (haven't weighed myself in a while because I don't believe in it).
I was 25.7 % bf a few weeks ago.
I'm 22 and 5'9"

I suggest for you to check out www.steroidology.com for cycle info. Other than that, good luck. What kind of a routine will you be following?

I love steroidology, provided me with some great info when I first started researching the juice. Part of the reason I went with anavar instead of winstrol.

Meal One: (8 am)

5 mg's anavar

1/2 cup plain oatmeal
1 cup egg beaters
1/4 cup All Bran cereal
cals : 285

So far, I have been having some definite increases in strength on the var. I have been taking 10 mgs for the past three days, 5 for the three before that. No sides yet.

Diet looks fine to me. I personally can't handle 50% protein and only 25% carbs. I need it more the other way around (50% C/25% P). The build-up of urea (from the protein) in my system causes joint pain.

I'm an endomorph, so a little on the carb-sensitive side.

anyway, yay! I finally learned how to properly eat

Damn Sarah weren't you just recently battling with binges? What made you decide to go the anavar route?

I am finally kicking the binges, especially with this new diet.

My friends, all males, tried to get me to take winstrol, but I did a ton of research and decided anavar was a much better way to go. Winny might work well for the guys, but I'm a girl.

Not the best day, but not terrible.

Quick question:

I'd like to have a cheat meal on Sundays. Nothing major, just throw a treat or two in. I'm wondering if I should start that this Sunday, or wait until the following Sun because I didn't start this diet until Wednesday? But if I don't have it until next Sunday, will I be able to make it with no cheat at all?
