Day 1:
Food-
Breakfast: 1 egg white (ran out and didn't have time to get more)
1 Frusion drink
A few grapes
Lunch: Peanuts
Bagel
Chocolate milk
Dinner: Met-Rx Protein bar
Pizza
Water
Not the best meal, but I was just getting back into the gym again and need to stock up on my food again. The pizza was just because I needed something to eat and I didn't have much choice.
Workout:
Shoulder shrugs 3-5,40 lbs,10x/ 3-5 35 lbs, 10x
Decline Bench press- 3x, 70lbs, 10x
Bench press- 2x 100lbs, 4x
Bicep curls- 3-5,40 lbs, 10x/ 3-5 35lbs, 10x/ 2-3, 30 lbs 10x
Abdominal curl(I think that's what the machine was called)- 3x,110 lbs, 40x
Pulldown- 2x, 70 lbs, 10x
Other pulling exercise(will place the name in when I find out what its called)- 3-5x, 100 lbs, 10x
Time:1 hr 15 min
That was basically my workout. I did a few other things that don't come to my mind right now. Tonight will be a repeat of those exercises though. Maybe more of some, maybe less.
