snowmobiling was the craziest thing i've ever done. i can't really think of too many other times when i was actually thinking "i really hope i don't die right now" the ones we got weren't even that crazy, and they still felt pretty quick, topped out around 70mph. flying down closed highways up in the mountains and just hitting turns was super fun. teh front end just floats and the brakes didn't do squat, it was easier to control by staying on the throttle. def. nuts, but fun

okay so the past week didn't exactly go great, i was super tired from the weekend (snowboarding, snowmobiling, going out, lack of sleep, having fun, etc) so monday was a wash as was tuesday (did some situps and pushups) as far as the rest of the week here's how it looked:

Wednesday February 28, 2007

#1. 30seconds of burpees-30seconds on the bag-30seconds of burpees-30seconds on the bag = 2 minutes total

#4. 2 minute round on the bag

#5. 30seconds of burpees-30seconds on the bag-30seconds of burpees-30seconds on the bag = 2 minutes total

pushups/situps first thing in the am. later on that evening i rode the little bike at the park for a good 3 hour session.

You and me seem to have found a favorite warmup using the elliptical.

Nice job again on the weighted dips. +65 lbs. for 6 reps is good. And you are getting some good volume on those pullups. Pullups have done a great job of contributing to my back development. Oh, good job of keeping up the burpee training. Burpees are the real deal.

4x275 still looks good Geoff after eliptical and box jumps to pre-exhaust the muscles a bit, not to mention the prior sets.

Not a bad workout at all, even so with the cold and tiredness. Your dip strength must be pretty high if you can do +60 for reps after benching and shrugs.

Warm Up 5 minutes on the eliptical
Pullups 3X15-15-15-13
SLDL 5X5- 230lbsX5-235lbsX5-245lbsX5-250lbsX4-275lbsX1

You using mixed grip for SLDLs? If not, it makes a huge difference and the lift will be much easier.
