6/6/8 swings stands for 6 left arm/ 6 right arm/ 8 double handed swings
planned to do 8 rounds but my knee started to feel a bit achy so I skipped the goblet squats the last 2 rounds and did the farmer walks for time.
The knee issue is an old injury (many centuries ago I had torn the ligaments in my knee) and every time temperature is getting colder in autumn it starts to feel achy, this is what happened now too.
