Start of phase 2 of KB burn

. Not much change, almost exact as phase 1, only the reps change. I should take a day of rest but as I will not be able to workout tomorrow and I felt fit enough I performed one this evening.
15 minutes of:

sandbag TGU (Start with shouldering the bag the first rep and than 3 reps before returning the bag to the floor)
2 minutes rest
15 minutes of:
- 8 goblet squats (32 kg KB)
- 8/8 bent over rows (32 kg KB)
2 minutes rest
10 minutes of:
15 secs. one arm swings (change arm every set)
15 secs. rest
