Lol man you are hardcore.

On my lowest days of my diet for no carbohydrate days my day will look something like thisonly 3 days out of the week, high carbohydrate days i get roughly 4000, low carb days i get 3000)

Breakfast: 40 grams of protein through tuna or another meat source
Post Workout (running or lifting): 50 grams of whey protein
Then i will have 4 other meals in the day with 40-70 grams of protein each

I get on average on this day 1500 calories from protein and an extra 500-700 from fats and i absolutely dispise this day.

No clue how you can eat that little and feel alright.
