Broke up 3 apples and 3 Tuna Sandwhiches from 10:00PM- 3:00PM

+ 1 chicken Breast
+ 2.5 srv carrots 8C, 0Protien, 0Fat,5Fiber
1 Mile run + light triceps/chest/shoudlers
Add in
Popcorn 4p/28c/2.5f/7Fiber
4 oz milk
1 scoop powder
Final 100C, 174P, 52.25F
17%,49.5%,33% = 1400 Calories
