How much time do you put between your weight training and running? What pace do you have on that run?

Running I have been doing at night right before dinner and right after my workout. Lately the running has been very light pace ~ 8-9 minutes/mile. I have a 1.1 mile route I take with my dogs....they tend to get distracted and it slows me down a bit.

You should post exactly what you did on your workout. "Back/Biceps" doesn't tell us anything and won't generate a lot of interest in or feedback on your journal.
