this is what i eat every day.........tell me if this is good to maintain when i do cardio 3-times a week and full
body workout 3 times a week.
so far i've seen good results and been doing it for about a year.
stats- 20 year old Marine 5'10'' 147 pounds
i'm real cut and eat like this to stay lean and cut(visible abs) and great looking veins
i don't eat any salt except whats in prepared food and i don't eat any carbs except fresh fruits and vegetables.
Breakfast- 2-scoops
lowfat cottage cheese, 4 egg whites, 4 whole peiced of fruit.
lunch- healthy meat ie. tuna, beef chicken, 2 whole pieces of fruit and a big salad without any dressing.
dinner is the same as lunch.
