Almost forgot to post today haha

2 sets of 10 bodyweight pull-ups

2 sets of 180 x 6 Lat Pulldowns

2 sets of 115 x 6 Bent over rows

2 sets of 80 x 6 BB Bicep Curls

35's x 6 DB Curls

Notes: Pull-ups are getting easier. Biceps look pretty freakin sweet and feel stronger.

Gonna do DB presses for a few weeks and then try BB's again and see how I improve.

DB Bench Press
65's x 6
65's x 6

These were easy, but hard. Arms were a little shakey, havent done db's in a little bit. Hoping to get up to 75's in a week or two.

2 sets of 8, bodyweight dips

skullcrushers
70 x 6
70 x 6

Pushdowns
67.5 x 6
67.5 x 6

That's cool. I think I'm gonna start back Thursday, unless my pulled muscle acts up and I can't do much. And BOO YEAH to all the people who said you'd be out of commission for 3-6 months!

Seated DB Military Press
45's x 6
50's x 6
50's x 6

These went up like air. Felt great. Do i dare try 55's next week? haha

Lateral DB Raises
25's x 8
25's x 8

Squats
135 x 10, 5 second rests at the floor
185 x 6, 5 second rests at the floor
225 x 6, normal deep squats

Those pauses were freakin killer.

Lunges
100 x 6
100 x 6

2 sets of calf raises

Cable Crunches
100 x 12
100 x 12
Can't really go any higher on these, maybe sneak some plates on it next time.

Thats some great improvment on those DB shoulder presses fro the beginning of your journal. Good luck with the 55s. I'm going to assume those lunges were with a BB, otherwise you better be squatting more than that

haha it was 50's in each hand

100 db's would be pretty crazy for lunges

When you do paused reps on squats or bench, only hold at the bottom for 2 seconds. 2 full seconds. That's all you need really.

Some serious doms today from the paused squats and lunges. I don't think I've ever felt it this much, even with the really heavy squats. But I like it.
Did some low intensity cardio today to try and get the legs loose so I can walk a little more normal.

Elliptical thing
25 minutes, 3.5 miles, 325ish calories

Tomorrow will be abs, grip, and bi's I think. I gotta check what I've done this week and make an official plan.
