Judging by your bench, you could definitely do more weight on those flys. Maybe even 35lbs.

Yea I've never really done flyes before, but I'm sure I could manage 30's or 35's next time.

Nice, plate raises. Good to see others using that method, to failure with cheats. Burns like an SOB, doesn't it?

If I could mention one thing though, as shoulders seem to be one of my better muscles in size. You only did one direct set for side delts while you have 6 for the front and 3 for traps. You can incorporate your side delts into your presses more by switching those DB military presses to Arnold presses. You'll have to drop weight slightly, but trust me, it'll be worth it.

Haha yea the plate raises were fun

I would normally do more of the lateral raises, not really sure why I didn't...but anyways I'll give the Arnold Press a shot next week. I'm always looking for a good shoulder workout. The plate raises were in honor of the shoulder workout you posted on another board. :

Ab circuit
30 Leg raises, 30 curl-ups, 30 russian twists, 30 v-sits

Lat Pulldowns (wide grip)
150 x 8
140 x 10
140 x 10

Seated Cable Rows
170 x 8
160 x 10

120 x 10 Pullovers

Db curls
35 x 10
35 x 8

Felt really lightheaded after the db curls, so I decided to leave. I've had a little cold lately, so I blame it on that.

SLDL's
135 x 10
185 x 10
205 x 6

Haven't done any kind of deadlifts since school started, I need to work back into these.

Leg Curls
150 x 8
150 x 8

Leg Press 45 Degree
380 x 10
430 x 10
470 x 10

Leg Presses felt great today. I've been taking glucosamine lately and I think it's really helping my knees out.

Calf Raises with 380 to failure.

It's been a few weeks now. One of the rugby guys recommended it because my knees were getting really sore after practices and when doing leg work at the gym.
