I usually go to Swain just because its the closest. I was thinking about heading to Vermont this weekend but I'm gonna wait until they get more terrain open. I usually make a few trips to Vermont every season and I'd like to try to get out west this year, but I'm kinda broke right now in college.

170 x 6

Wide Grip Lat Pulldowns

Curl Machine
100 x 6

Haven't posted in a couple weeks. Still hitting the gym but I've been busy studying and finishin off the semester. I'm back to my old gym now that it's winter break. I dropped down to 165 for the 6 x 3 on bench and that seemed like a better weight to start from. Also had a good leg workout and bi/back as well. I've also been snowboarding quite a bit. Here's todays workout..

Lat Pulldown (Hammer thing)
180 x 6
190 x 6
200 x 6
I used to struggle with 180 on this over the summer so it was nice to be able to do more my first time back at this gym.

BOR's
155 x 6
165 x 6
These felt a lot better, should be able to up the weight next time. 155 felt super light.

5 BW pullups

Preacher Curl Machine
95 x 6
110 x 6
BB Curl
85 x 6

Seated DB Press
60's x 6

Arnold Press
40's x 6
40's x 7
40's x 6
Made sure my back was straight and I didn't cheat. I've never tried these before, but they felt great. Should be able to do more weight next time.

DB Laterals
25's x 8
25's x 8
25's x 8
strict on form

Shrugs
155 x 20
175 x 20

Deadlift
135 x 5
185 x 2
225 x 1
275 x 1
315 x 1 PR
I was feeling good today so I went for 3 plates. It was intense but it went up without a hitch. Static hold at the end cuz I felt like a beast, haha.

Nautilus Back Extension
170 x 6
185 x 8

Seated Cable Row
185 x 6
200 x 8
215 x 8
I like coming back to this gym and doing way more than I used to be able to on certain machines. I used to be stuck at 170 on this over the summer.

DB Curls
40's x 6
40's x 6
The 40's are getting easier, but I'm not quite ready for 45's yet.
