Darn - a missed opportunity. Feed their egos - pick a couple of big ones for spotters. A chance to squat extra heavy just for fun, "hey guys, you look big enough to help me out here, let me in there to see just how big I can squat".
Either way, really nice leg extensions. And 26 pullups - that's a pretty good back workout in itself. Definitely better than blowing one off because the gym was closed. :

HSPU's
3, 1, 1
Surprised myself by getting 3 the first time. We had a little contest in our dorm hallway. The gymnast girl down the hall can do sets of 10 without wall support. It was pretty crazy. I also did some handstand holds for about 30 seconds.
A2G Squats
135 x 10
155 x 6
165 x 6
The 10-rep set was tiring. It's not much weight but higher-rep squats are brutal no matter what.
Leg Press
410 x 6
410 x 6
Calf Raises
410 x 13
410 x 15

That's true, I didn't even think of that. I live across the hall from a few football players and I'm gonna start lifting with them. Should be some good motivation trying to catch up to their 300lb+ lifts.

Nice lifts man, feels glad to be back at school doesn't it I'm eager to see your 300+ lb bench Your bench has actually improved a lot...remember when you didnt think you could get reps at 165?

Yea It's definitley good to be back, but I'm already pretty busy. I was just reading your journal and it looks like I won't get any sympathy from you about having a lot to do. You better get goin champ, I'm trying real hard to catch up to your bench.

Didn't eat a lot today so I had to keep the workout short... ran outta energy real quick, but did good before I that.
BB Bench
45 x 10, 10
95 x 5
135 x 3
155 x 1
185 x 1
195 x 3
200 x 3
215 x 1
Got the max up to 215, spotter touched it towards the top with his pinkies but it was all mine. 200 x 3 was also a new PR. I'll put up a video when I try to hit 225 in a few weeks.
Wanted to do DB Presses but I was exhausted from the max efforts, so I just did a couple sets of DB Curls w/ 40's.
I gotta eat up and get more rest for the next workout. I'm still happy with the numbers regardless.

Congrats on the PR.
Find time to incorporate handstand holds and HSPUs into your routine and watch the benefits of doing them spill over to your BP performance. Just make sure you have ample rest before doing them or a BP workout if you are attempting a PR.
Just my bodyweight-only fitness dude personal opinion.

Yea I was having a stressful day, didn't eat much, and still real sore from yesterdays workout... But I just wanted to get it done because I always feel better after the gym. I'll make sure to better organize my workout schedule next time.
Thanks for stopping by pierini and welch.

Forum seemed to be acting up so I couldn't post the last few days..
Squats A2G
155 x 10
185 x 8
205 x 5
These all felt good. 205 was realllly hard at the bottom, but it went up.
SLDL
205 x 10
225 x 6
No improvements but the 10 rep set really took it outta me.
Calf Raises
450 x 12
450 x 10
And today I played the first game in our 5 on 5 intramural basketball tournament. 20 minutes halves and some pretty stiff competition made for a good workout.

Been having trouble finding time to eat enough with snowboarding and school so I did pretty poor this last workout. I lost a couple pounds recently, but I also feel weaker, plus I'm trying to bulk so that's no good .
Bench
185 x 3
195 x 3
stopped after this because my shoulder was bothering me
Dips
+0 x 10
+20 x 6
+20 x 6
First time doing weighted dips, more weight next time.
DB Flyes
40's x 10
40's x 10
Pushdown Machine
200 x 10
200 x 8
