Two weeks off - how is the shoulder now? Better I hope, so you can be fully rested, recovered, and ready to keep on making progress.

Still some minor discomfort but it's pretty much gone, I'm gonna wait another week before I do any pushing exercises. I might have it looked at tomorrow as I'll be in the hospital for a Remicaid treatment anyways.

Sucks. Remicaid the only immunosuppressant you have to take?
Have you heard about the parasite treatment that some docs use with great success? Seriously, one takes a small dose of some kind of worms eggs in some juice once a month - gives the immune system something else to attack - a very effective treatment, not a cure - but what the heck if it leads to a drug free, pain free life.
It seems that here in the western world, we fight germs too well sometimes, live too cleanly, don't get the childhood diseases and parasites...leading to autoimmune disorders.

I also take Asacol (Mesalamine) everyday. I haven't heard of that treatment but it sounds pretty interesting. I've been alright with the current treatments, but I still get the occasional blood in the stool and harsh stomach pains.
I think I respond a lot better to the Remicaid. I always feel way better the first few weeks after the treatment, and then I notice symptoms start coming back before the next treatment. This is all while taking Asacol daily.

Thanks, I'll have to look into that a little more..
Did a quick upper body workout to show my dad around the freeweights. He's just been doing cardio and using the machines, which is great, but you can only go so far with that.
We did Incline Bench, Flat DB's, Flyes, Skullcrushers, Dips, etc. Here's pretty much what I did (wasn't planning on push movements but I had to show him how its done )
Incline BB Bench
155 x 6
155 x 6
155 x 4
Flat DB's
75's x 6
Skullcrushers
75 x 10.. 10 presses
75 x 6..10 presses
Dips
BW x 8
BW x 8

Been slacking on the posting, but I've still been at it. I went to the doctors to have my shoulder looked at on 3/16. They said that it's shoulder bursitis and have me taking 800mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours, with a gradually decreasing dosage over the next few weeks. I feel kinda drowsy from all of the medicine I'm taking, so my workouts haven't been that great. I also have to avoid pushing movements for the next 4-6 weeks. My workouts will be rearranged the next few weeks to focus more on core and legs, since that's basically all I can do. Today I managed a decent pulling workout without any problems from the shoulder.
Cable Rows
170 x 6
170 x 10
180 x 6
Had to get used to the feeling of these for the first set, then it went smoothly from there.
Pullups
BW x 5
BW x 3
Chinups
BW x 6
BW x 5
I've been making the mistake of putting pull-ups in my journal instead of chin-ups. Up until today, all of my "pull-ups" have actually been chin-ups. I'm gonna really focus on getting the numbers up on these. I want to be able to get 10 comfortably before I start adding weight to pull-ups/chin-ups.
EzBar Curls
95 x 6
Calf Raises
200 x 6,6 (Single Leg)
380 x 15 (both legs)

Decent Leg day, avoided squats because my stomach was bothering me and I didn't feel like puking at the gym today.
45 Degree Leg Press
430 x 6
430 x 6
430 x 10
480 x 6
Calf Raises
430 x 15
430 x 15
DB Lunges
55's x 6 (each leg)
55's x 6
Leg Extensions
200 x 10

Can't believe I haven't posted for a month. I've still been working out, just have been very busy with school. It's finals week right now and when that's over I can finally relax a little bit. Shoulder has finally started co-operating and I've slowly worked back into my chest/pushing workouts. Got 160 x 6 on Incline Bench last week, so that's encouraging. Here's todays...
SLDL
225 x 8
225 x 8
245 x 6
Leg Press
450 x 6
500 x 6
500 x 6
Jaster Shrugs
95 x 15
95 x 15
DB Lunges
55's x 6
I've managed to keep making gains by just using natural protein sources rather than Whey protein. I haven't had the spare change to buy a new bucket, but I've been fine without it.
