I wouldn't lift heavy with the hyperextended muscles for at least a week. When it comes to them again, either find new exercises or go really light. No use wasting more time by making it worse.

thanks guys, I think I actually had more in me but the arm was really bothering me on that last set. It's gonna be at least a week til I need to use shoulder and upper arm again. Hopefully I'll be good by then.

Squats
225 x 6
235 x 6
250 x 6

Leg Press
500 x 6
540 x 6

SLDL
185 x 6
195 x 6

Some calf raises, and some cable and incline ab work. That's all for today.

In a little over a month you added a good 45 lbs to both squat and deadlift for 6 rep sets...way to go :

Lat Pulldowns
180 x 6
185 x 6
190 x 4

6 bodyweight pull-ups

DB Rows
60's x 6
60's x 6

Alt DB Curls
35's x 6
30's x 5

BB Curls
70 x 6
70 x 4

Wrist curls to finish off. By the time I got to the Barbell curls, my elbow started bothering me again. I might have to go get it checked out at the docs.

BB Bench Press
145 x 6
145 x 6
150 x 4

DB Incline Press
55's x 6
55's x 4

My lifts fell apart after I saw these scrawny kids next to me puttin up 200+. It really killed my confidence. I know it sounds stupid, but it really made me feel weak. I'm happy with the way my cut is going, I'm seeing veins in the arms and the abs are popping out, but I can't even bench my bodyweight! I think I may say screw the cut and start eating more until I can bench press at least bodyweight (165). So anyways, I lost all my confidence and started doing really crappy the rest of the time.

Tricep Pushdowns
62.5 x 6
72.5 x 6

DB Side Raises and I was outta there. Not a good day. Didn't have anything in me to do the military presses and skull crushers that I was scheduled for. I'll blame today on only getting 5 hours sleep. Even though I went up in weights slightly, I'm still not satisfied.

Hey man, don't worry about other people. It can be hard not to covet other people's lifts, but doing so won't get you to your goals any quicker. Just stay on track with that cut and forget how much is on the bar.

Rome wasn't built in a day. Set goals and follow them, stay focused. Focus, focus, focus, focus, focus....

Yeah you should never be worrying about the "other" guy. Lifting is all about setting personal records and achieving your own goals. If you can hit 4x150 on your third set benching, I'm sure you can press your bodyweight at least once.

I've set a personal goal to be able to do flat bench sets at bodyweight before I head to school at the end of August. It's a modest goal and I hope to get there before August. I'm focused mannn

I know it's dumb to let things like that bother me (other peoples weights). I just couldnt help but notice that they were doing so much more and they look like sticks, while I look semi-jacked. I'll keep reading about form and see what I can hit next week.

I think I'm starting to feel the effects of the calorie deficits. Even though I try to eat big before workouts, I don't seem to have the energy stored up to really have a great lift session. I've also not been doing good about getting enough sleep. I'm working 12 hour days but... excuses, excuses. No more excuses. I guarantee this goal will be achieved or I'll paypal 5 bucks to anyone who's posted in this topic thus far.
