"Why am I do this" I wonder as I'm sitting here feeling like I've just been hit by a truck. "My 3 day split was going fine, moving up on weights, getting some noticeable muscle, why would I change" I then think about my new goal, packing on 30lbs of
lean muscle mass....
Day one out of the way

I'm 208lbs with 20% bodyfat... Strangely I do not really look fat but who cares, my mission is to pack on lean
muscle mass, the gut can go later
How long will this take? Who knows.... Never done HST before - spent a lot of time reading up and tonight I had the first workout and OMFG, my old friend Mr DOMS is coming around tomorrow to give me an ass kicking, so be it!
I will update every now and then with some physical stats and a snippet of the hell I'm going to....
