Thats so crazy. 5:50 am is what my alarm is set on lol.
Monday -
Upper body, most likely I would like to concentrate on Biceps, Tri's, and chest. I'll do some shoulder work and some oblique work.
Tuesday - Cardio, basically anything I want to do, like bike or jog/walk for 30 minutes to an hour. I usually would bike alot longer then I run sense my endurance sucks.
Wednsday - Lower Body, Hams, Quads, Gluts, calves... and I'll throw in some ab work even though I like doing ab work just alittle bit every day.
Thursday - Cardio, same as above.
Friday - Upper Body same as above.
Saturday - Cardio, same as above.
Sunday - Rest
I usually don't eat after like 7:00 - 8:00 pm I go to bed usually at 10:00 pm giving me roughly 8 hours of sleep.
I am going to watch my diet alot more closely also. Eating more protein and lowering carb intake since my goal is
weight loss not mass as much right now.
