Ok, I've gone about a week and a half without touching my weights, so I can start from fresh, New Workout, New Diet, New Supps.
I had a guy I know from the
local gym help me design this new workout, so I hope i get better results then I did with the one I designed.
I am also taking some vitamins, Tribulus & Fat Blaster Max (I've heard its good). The lady that sold me the F.B.M helped me with the diet program.
I've also changed my sleeping pattern from sleeping 1am to 11am, to 11pm till 7am. (so I can eat at proper times)
I'll start posting my results on this thread, and I'm hoping to get some photo's taken to show my results.
First day on this new routine was good. The workout was awesome, only failed 2 sets and I'm feeling really good now, haven't felt this good in ages. Thats gotta be a good sign

(maybe it was the sleep)
This is my new workout:
Monday, Thursday.
Chest, Shoulders, Tri's, Bi's.
Tuesday, Friday.
Cardio. 20minute (5km) run or/and 15minute swim (depends on the weather).
Wednesday, Saturday.
Quads, Back, Calves, Abs
Sunday.
Rest.
