I really hope not... I always enjoy reading her posts - she does an awesome workout. It has been ten days since the arm workout from hell - she should be over it by now.

Hi Guys, how's it going? AWWWW I miss you guys too.....
It's just that I've got a boyfriend now...ya, pretty funny huh??? It hit me between the eyes just out of nowhere!
I'm having lots of fun too.....He is a "Nice Guy" - just the type I really adore......His name is Scott
Geez....we can't seem to get enough of each other and it seems like I just don't have time to get to this board like I used to
It was so funny, when I met Scott's son we recognized each other from the gym!!! hehehe - so I saw him over there the other day and he spotted me on BB Bench Press, then DB Bench Press. It was pretty cool because I don't really like to ask just anyone to spot me you know what I mean.
Well, I started doing cursors 3-day split, but I'm making some ( major) modifications to it. I think once I started I realized I'm just going to focus more on the body parts worked. Now that I look at it, I can't even consider it his split at all
For one thing I don't have a spotter and can't really go super heavy like at my brothers.
Well, here's my w/out from yesterday, (Thursday - 10/28/04)
Seated Cable Lat P/Downs To Front, V-Handle
1x10x95
1x7x120
1x6x120
Assisted Pullups
2x6x80
Bent Over Alt DB Rows
1x8x35's
1x10x40's
T-Bar Rows
1x8x35 drop 1x8x25 drop 1x8x20
Skull Crushers
1x10x20
1x10x30
1x10x40 s/set w/ CGBP 1x10x40
Pretty light, gotta find the right weight for these
Rope Pressdowns, Tri's
1x9x50
1x10x50
(How come I can't do much of anything on this cable machine, but the other one I have to use way more weight???? )
2 Handed O/Head DB Ext
1x10x40's
1x10x50's
BB Shrugs
1x10x80
1x10x70
Need to work on form, find right weight. Not used to doing these....
After that I did the treadmill about 35-40 minutes, it's almost irresistable after I lift to hit that treadmill and run. Now I've been getting even faster and its so awesome. I am setting the thing at 6.8 mph and jamming! It's awesome!! Especially when you've got the FUNK tunes cranked up.... :

Glad you are back Amy - glad to hear you found somebody nice. Best of luck. I kind of thought maybe you were unable to move still from the last arm day you posted - it sounded killer. I guess you've had a couple more of those since then?

It's suppose to hit you between the eyes Glad to hear you found a "nice guy" though!! Looks like a great workout, it's figuring out the weights that is frustrating eh?
