Yeah i used to workout at my friend house and it was all going great until we added one more person. SO then there were 3 of us working out. there was just too much waiting around and it took alot longer to finish the workout session. I understand.
Ohh yeah i was reading in the beginning of this thread and you were talking about quittin smoking........how is that going? have you totally quit?

They don't feel like the greatest workouts lately since I'm on my own now and fumbling around asking people how to use machines and so forth. Plus I wish there were more women down there at the gym.
Its a lot different when you don't have someone writing your entire workout and then guiding you through the whole thing.
I love this website, advice on workouts, days, pictures, the works!
I'm going to start doing that three day split outlined on this site, (Workout A).
As for smoking....well.....not so great progress on that!

Well since your on your own now and the workouts are not the best.......Thats mean its time to get down to the nitty gritty. Now you have to get that motivation to do it all yourself. This is when you realized how much you really wanna workout and look great. Right. You got it in ya!
As for the smokin......quit damnit haha. Yeah i know its hard. I saw my dad go through it for years. He hasnt smoked for 4 years now. I just kept on getting on him about it and finally the day after new years he quit. Also i bet you will feel so much betta about yourself and inside and out.

Didn't write down all the weights, also forgot my notebook @ home.....dang, need to get with the program.....
Legs
Leg Extensions - 2 Sets x 10 reps
Lying Leg Curls - 3 sets x 12 reps
Leg Press - 2 sets x 10 reps
Some squat looking machine, 2 sets x 12 reps
Calf Raise - 2 sets x 10 reps
followed by
Elliptical - 30 minutes @ high resistance
Plus I had to walk across town twice today, once after dropping my car off @ the shop and once to pick it up....so that was a good 10 miles I guess.....
Unfortunately my legs aren't really sore at all today so I guess I need to up the weights.....
For cardio today I'm playing soccer in a couple of hours.......

Way to go girl! I was intimidated when I started working out in the weights section of the gym, since its mostly bulked up guys - but I found that if I asked for help, the guys were actually eager to help out a newbie :P

Really? Well, I'm trying to be more outgoing I guess....(I'm more of an introvert). I did see my friend's husband down there one day and so we worked out together. The next time I saw his friend down there and he spotted me so I could do 3 sets on bench press, so that was cool. (He was really cute too, really loved looking up at him - hehehe - ya - great focus huh )
I did see one gal in there but I don't know what she was doing. She was lying on the leg curl machine lifting up her legs with absolutely no weight on there.
I keep trying to get my friend to workout with me, but it looks like I'm in it alone.....kinda sucks for now, but I think with enough surfin around this site and research I can do it if I take it slow and remember to focus on good form.
.................life goes on.............
