today at the gym I weighed 128 again , but what's up with that

I did:

1. smith machine lunges
25lbs on each side, 3 sets, 15 reps

2. stability ball hamstring curls
3 sets, 15 reps

3. reverse lunges
12lb dumbbells in hand, 3 sets, 15 reps

4. back extension
10lb plate in hand, 3 set, 15 reps

abs- side to side with 10lb ball- 3 sets, 15 reps
up/side/side 3 sets, 15 reps, up all the way 15, 1 leg on opposite knee 15 and reverse leg on opposite knee 15

cardio:
walk/run 20 min
stairmaster 10 min

food log:
I did ok today, I wish I would have eaten something after I worked out, but the mall was super busy so I couldn't get my mrs.fields protein shake. I am hard up for thing to eat around this time, but think I would be better off if I did. After getting used to this new cook book I think I am going to try my hardest to bring things with me and put it in my cooler like I used to do, I just got 1)-lazy and 2)-poor because I couldn't keep buying myself food

calories:
1287 I will round to 1300

fat:32 grams carbs:177 grams protein:73 grams

should I be trying to get more protein than that? I still am a little dumb on proportioning calories with fats/carbs and proteins...

hey talia! i can't believe you ate 1300 calories on Christmas day. I had that before I sat down to dinner!!

I hope you aren't being too restrictive, 1300 calories seems awfully low.
