I'm assuming that is in Celcius, which is roughly 55-60 degrees Fahrenheight. (C x 9/5 + 32 = F). Try going to the negatives like we do here in Ohio lol I'd love to only go down to the 50s!

bah - ohio, schmohio, lol - i live in northeastern ontario. try having frost in june and snow in october.

just don't go getting ahead of yourself - nothing sucks worse than jumping in too deep and losing two to three weeks to injury.

first off, changed the order of d/b press then military press

and substituted close grip bench press instead of skull crushers

Shoulders

going to start a creatine cycle soon
with this split

week 1: load (20 g / day)
week 2-4 : maintenance (10 g / day)
week 5: load (20 g / day)
week 6-8: OFF

either going to get Prolab creatine monohydrate 1000g or AST micronized creatine monohydrate 1000g.
Prolab is significantly cheaper, but i read that AST works better?
anyone have suggestions?
