19:57 --wowzers my shoulders were feeling it!!
cardio:
20 min stair climber
25 min treadmill broken up into
10 min @ 9.0 incline 4.0 mph
5 min @ 7.0 incline 4.0 mph
10 min @ 5.0 incline 4.0 mph
Going to try and do a little more cardio. I know I am being ridiculous about my abs but I really really just want that 2 inch pouch around my belly, to go away..ok so the 2 inches is when I take it and pull it haha. I got so mad on my fat day I measured it but I know it doesn't get much smaller on my non-fat days!
Anyways..maybe a little extra cardio each day will help move this along. Not talking an extra 20 min just maybe 5-10?? plus watching fat intake, doing abs every other day since they are muscles too..what do ya think people?!?! I know I can't spot reduce but a combination of these things could do the trick?
I am having my boyfriend take progress pics soon, probably next weekend since this weekend I am going to a concert and plan on eating TONS of sodium from these damn boca burgers/ sausage.
Then I plan on scheduling another re-evaluation at the gym to see if things have stayed the same or what.... my goal...to have BF % decrease or stay same, weight decrease, and measurements stayed same or decrease around waist, everywhere else I expect increases as muscles get bigger....

great job on the WOD talia!
it is not fat you need to watch but rather your processed food intake. You want abs, ditch the pasta/bars/cereal etc. anything with added sugar, white flour etc. Unfortunately if you want abs you are going to have to work for them in the kitchen.
and why did you not do the burpees in yesterdays workout?!!

ate really crappy today at work..had SO MANY honey roasted pecans..god they are so good, but they aren't going to get me to my 6 pack abs...
so.... since I don't have to work their probaly until monday I can make a vow and pledge to make SMART CHOICES!!! crack open the carrots if I am hungry at work, or munch on cucumber slices, other than that bring food to work like I used to do!!
So...
no honey roasted pecans
no tortilla chips
no graham crackers
no chips
no pretzels
hah I'm such a loser for doing this...or am I? I just want to get to my goals and I wonder why after I eat like 847585 pieces of honey pecans plastered with sugar and oil... DUH TALIA!!! just make smart choices!!

well, there are worse things than honey roasted pecans talia. It's better than eating cookies.
In regards your 'abs' be patient, as you progress with your workouts and begin to work with heavier weights, you will probably experience more body recomposition. You may become leaner, without needing to change your diet. You probably won't wake up with a full six pack though

and I agree eating 20 cookies is a lot worse than pecans hahha!

30 pound Thruster, 10 reps
10 Bench dips
Post rounds completed to comments.
Compare to 080430.
Last time I did 10 rounds but wih the 45lb bb
this time I did 13 rounds with the 30lb..wish I would have checked before to see what weight I did

Well today, back to being normal
I did a lot of stupid **** on Saturday that I must redeem myself from..
workout:
1. bench press
1 set, 45lbs, 15 reps
2 sets, 55lbs, 15 reps
2. cable triceps
1 set, 30lbs 15 reps
2 sets, 40lbs 15 reps
3. scull crushers
30lbs, 3 sets, 15 reps
4. wide grip pulls
3 sets, 60lb,s 3 sets
abs- roman chair, 3 sets, 15 reps
abs- straight leg, 3 sets, 15 reps
cardio:
5 min warm-up @ 1.0 incline 4.0 mph
5K 27 min 6.8 on first mile, 6.9 next mile 7.0 the last. 1.0 incline
5 min cool down @ 1.0 incline 4.0 mph
elliptical 15 min
** The other day, I want to say it was either wesdnesday. thursday or friday haha I was 123 and today I was 125 so I have been in that range. I do not weight myself everyday but that is what I have noticed. I would like to see 123 all the time, but on average I think I fluctuate between 123-128 which is about 5 lbs, which is about right.
Still studying for that training exam..getting down to the nitty gritty soon!!
I feel so hungry today, I pigged out on croutons. I am kinda over them, they just make me feel full of salt and simple carbs 
I really want to see these damn abs, I feel like I have been doing better. I think I really need to quit eating so many peanuts, but I also need that good fat. I just need more food options, time to buy a vegetarian cook book!!

35 min elliptical
10 min treadmill @ 4.0 incline 4.0 mph
tomorrow is Fight Gone Bad and I'm going to have to do it Thursday instead because my sister's birthday is tomorrow, I work at 5 and we are eating at around 3 so I am kind of obligated to stay, I want to stay, I just don't want to drive out twice by my work so I am going to just workout at home.
I bought some new rollerblades yesturday so I will slap those on! hopefully it doesn't rain!!!!

I wiped out! The second time I went rollerblading with my new blades and I wipe out! haha

was beat waking up this morning at 730 after working until 1230, not getting home until 1 and not getting to bed until 130. didn't go to the gym ;( but did do..

stretching
abs- stability ball 3 sets, 20 reps
10 min elliptical
abs- foot on opposite knee, 3 sets, 20 reps each side
elliptical 10 min
skipped breakfast today too because I am out of food and now I am like scrambling for calories!!! ahh..how horrible!!!

i thi nk ym lame numbers for Fight Gone bad was due to the way I did it this time..because our gym is undergoing construction it takes forever to get from the cardio room to the weight room because you gotta go up the stairs, then back down a set of stairs so i saved the rows until the end, so i did 3 min all at once..
oh well.... not feeling good today. I dunno what has been going on with me lately. Just getting annoyed quicker, irritated more, i dunno,.,. I haven't been eating my normal breakfast because I haven't had time to get to the store. It really has affected me so I am going to try and keep a steady supply of food because I noticed I haVEN'T been eating much and when I do , it's nothing good!!! so starting tomorrow I will have my tofu breakfast and I can't wait! back to a new week..I feel bloated and big today haha damn it
