today:

abs- incline bench 3x15
stability ball hamstring curls 3x15
stability ball crunches 3x15
walking lunges 3x15
dead lift 1 set 50lbs 15 reps 1 set 60lbs 12 reps 1 set 80reps 12 reps
roman chair abs- 3 x15
squat with 1 db 20-lbs 3 sets, 15 reps
abs- stability ball over head between legs 3 sets, 15 reps
cardio: 20 min stair stepper
cardio: 20 min elliptical

So the results from the Trooper exam are FINALLY online and of course I did ****TY
My rank.. 13,652!!!!!
so lame. WIsh I woulda done better, wish I woulda gotten called THIS year..seems like nothing ever goes right for me

Last June post:

1551 calories June-------1614 May------1580 April----------1633 March
58.5 fat june ---------- 55 may--------- 55 April------------51 March
1791.83 sodium june--- 1951 May ----------1890 April--------2503 March
157 carbs june------ 164 may------------------159 April----------195 March
95.86 protein june--- 100 may-----------------108 April---------91 March

Calories need to stay around the same range..very happy with sodium as long as it averages below 2000 I will be fine with it. Carbs are fine, protein is fine. I think I may need to lay off the fat a little bit..although it's not BAD fat, I get my fat from peanuts, nuts, and dressing (which is the only bad fat) and cheese but thats semi-bad and semi-not?!?! haha who knows
