The Diary of a Hydroxycut User (Inc. Stats)
Funny this. I find myself in a position where I have 30 days to get my body looking fine so armed with 160 hydroxycut's, at least 30 days worth of Maximuscle Intensity and a re-crafted diet and workout I find my self head on into another fat battle.
I will be using the Omron bodyfat monitor for finding BF% and a Tanita bodyfat scale to measure my body weight.
Body Fat % and weight will be measured on a daily basis at the same time each morning, unclothed , after I go to the toilet etc etc.....
This time I will include measurements of neck, biceps, chest and stomach on a weekly basis along side the weekly breakdown (mental )
I am 23 and sit down alot in a day. I use VP2 protein isolate (which I will be swopping for Promax soon), multi vits, vitamin C, l-glutaine and creatine. I train via a 3 day split.
So enough BS, Im off for a good breakfast and to pop the first 2 hydroxy's.
Oh yea, one more thing - as with the Xenadrine, I will not be following the recommended dosage, I will be going with 6 per day - period.
Please support me with lots of views and questions!!!
Cheers
Dave

Week One - Day Two - Sun
Stats
Weight > 178.5lbs
Fat % > 12.4
Welcome to the wonderful world of fat burners. I forgot how much I hated this after the cycle of Xen. To kick off the moaning, had the worst night sleep I have had in ages although I did take 3 ZMA, 1000mg Vit C and 2 Nurofen (another story) before bed. My legs ached so bad from the workout and walking around shopping for 4 hours.
My dreams when I did get some sleep were so fuc** way out there. The most vivid is going around to see my grandparents and driving home the usual route. Going around a corner my car would not do more than 20mph, next thing I know I am lying in the side of the road, thrown from my car staring @ what was a red van that has smashed into me so hard I have come out of my car. I know I am fataly injured and just as I die I wake up.
Day's Report - Watching out for red vans

Sleep is the worst at the minute and today I was @ college so I could only have 2 burners. Ate a lasagne and chips for dinner then went on to eat roast potatoes and steak for tea.
Fudo reckons I am a carb whore and I would have to agree with him.
Tommorow I will repent all my sins and have a kick a$$ day
Day's Report - Had some crap news today so .....

Week One - Day Four - Tue
Stats
Weight > 177lbs
Fat % > 12.4
Sleep got a lot better last night but I felt whacked this morning. My eating is spot on again. I had 2 @ 7:00 followed by another 2 @ 11:00 then the grand finale @ 15:00.
My motivation is spot on also, I want 10% - nothing else will do.
I have not had the "mashy" effects that I felt with Xenadrine yet but I will not speak too soon
Missed my workout tonight - combination of bad weather and a circuit training session when I wanted in the gym
Will make up for it tomorow
Day's Report - Should I drop this bit ??
