Well, my sleep last night was the best it has been in ages (really) and today I felt good!!

This may well be a "one off". We will see!!

Nothing superhuman yet though Lee but rest assured, when it happens you will be the first to know.

Sleep was excellent again and today my mental focus was spot on. I am certainly feeling calmer aswell.

We will see how long this lasts

Does ZMA or TT have any correlation with fat loss???

Nothing superhuman today apart from the speed I drove to work

Superhuman or superstupid ??

Sleep was excellent again!!

I also believe this is keeping me calmer?? I know it sounds like BS but something is different and its not the amount of weed either (dirty hippie )

Getting more interested by the day now!!

Todays workout was awsome. Not sure if this is to do with the ZMA & TT or the drinks that I make and have before the workout. I can whip through the routine and give it everything I have.

Sweet!

The change you are talking about...is it for the worse or the better?

Your avitar bothers me....

Its for the better!! I thought that this stack would be BS, especially with my age aswell but I am having better sleep, feel more rested, am able to have a kick arse time in the gym and feel calmer than ususal.

I have started making my own MRP drinks which could explain the increased activity in the gym but this did start before I was using them!!

Cheers Steve
