Ok, still sore as hell, gonna have to miss this workout.

I am fired up at the minute, managed to add 5kgs (11lbs for the old ) on Wednesday (thus the hurt) across most of my exercises, where did that come from??

This stack is working well along side good diet and other supps

Well finished this stack aswell.

Conclusion:

This stack certainly made a difference to my sleep, I got a much deeper one.

I am debating if I should say that it helped with my strengh but I kinda think it may have although I cannot quantify it

I definatly recommend people try it and see how they get on as its pretty cheap aswell

Cheers

Dave

I know this is a way late response, but how long after dropping the xenadrine did you go with this experiment? If not long at all could it have something to do with a Xenadrine dependency wearing off?

How long can you take this?
Do you think this will also have hair-loss sides....like PM`s?

Ok...I was compelled to join this discuss fitness site just cause I started using ZMA and I want to confirm how freakin amazing it is. It is so far my second week....I'm cutting up so I'm taking way fewer calories than normally which means my strength should be either going down just a bit or maintaining. Typically I maintain my strength through cutting phases...never have I increased my strength so keep note of that. It's my second week on ZMA not with the tribulus but just ZMA before sleep as recommended and during the first week...no results really...my strength slightly diminished as I suspected. Second week...I got my strength back up and I lost a little more weight. My start weight was 203 lbs. Now I'm 195 lbs. My first week my bench was 225 1 time......second week I got it up to my usual 2 times and I didn't think much of that. Third week...I'm at 195 lbs. from 203 lbs bodyweight and my bench got up to 225 3 times?.....Not just that...once I do a three set bench press like I usually do my next workout which is dumbbell incline press usually goes down. After doing 3 heavy sets on bench I usually go up to 70 lb. dumbbells on incline....this third week on zma...85 lb. dumbbells. I clearly had ridiculous endurance I never had before and once again energy levels I never had considering the amount of carbs I'm taking which is lower than usual. Odd...so basically....ZMA is clearly working, my mental clarity is way way way better, and my strength is going up on a cutting phase......this shouldn't happen. I started to question this product because it's working too good. But there seems to be nothing wrong with it. It's nothing short of amazing and I am a hardgainer.
