The Diary of a ZMA & Tribulus Stack User (Inc. Stats)
Hi,
After the success of my Xenadrine diary and as it will come to an end soon I thought "what would I do with my time"?
I have spent some time researching a ZMA & Tribulus stack which to me looks quite exciting. I have heard a lot of people praise this stack but I have also heard some negative feedback. I can only believe that it works for some people and not others so always being the sceptic I decided to give it a try.
Dosage will be 3 ZMA per 1 hour before sleep and the TT will be 1 with breaky and 1 with tea.
I guess the stats can only be how I feel, gains and anything else I know to be related.
As with the Xenadrine, I am not trying to sell or promote these products, I just want people to have a users review. If they are crap then I will say they are crap. I will try anything once, twice if I like it

Hi, not that I know much about this type of stuff, but if not taking to increase *** drive, then for bodybuilders is it not better to stack TT with andro and DHEA ?

Lee buddy, the point is that the side effects of pro-hormones can be equal if not worse than steriods. At the minute I am spending alot of time researching and understanding both steriods and pro-hormones. If it turns out that pro-hormones are of equal risk then why not do a cycle or 2 of steriods and be able to control the side effects?!
The products above are products anyone can go out and buy with little understanding, I just want to see if they work or if they are BS

Oh yeah dave I totally understand bro, I wasnt questioning you in anyway , I had just read that TT, Andro an DHEA are a good stack , just thought I would add it into your diary  , anyway good luck with the research and good luck with your diary.

Dave, which brand of tribulus are you on?
I am using Tribulus from "PURE & HEALTHY" , 650mg - Standardized to 40% saponins. I find it better than the previous one I used. Don't ask me what the previous one was, my pharmacist just gave me the capsules - no brand.

I am using Twinlab Tribulus Fuel - 625mg, Standardized to 20%-29% saponins.
Am I going to turn into some raunchy, *** driven, tribulin fueled beast??
