Well, after 2 years on the boards, I've decided to give this thing a shot. Dont count on me posting every workout I do every single day, this is more of a scrapbook of stats, pictures, and various routines. Feel free to drop a line or two and critique my weaknesses. Its the only way to know what to improve on.
Currently my stats are pretty much the following:
-Height > 5'11"
-Weight > 170 lbs.
-BF% > Something low.

Was going to the gym after work and got a flat tire, so I changed it and came home instead. So now I'm eating a hotdog and am going to take this as a rest day.
Did legs and back today, was feeling very energized so I did both.
Legs consisted of box squats, hack squats, leg presses, hamstring curls.
Back was lat pull downs, lat pull downs with the shorter straight bar, seated rows, and something else. Finished up with abs.
