Thanks for your offer of support pierini.
I cannot understand these people.

Training:
10 mins rowing
20 mins elliptical
5x5 15kg DB bench press
C&J doubles and singles up to 45kg
Was feeling lethargic and light-headed today. Not sure if it's because of the low carbs (and low blood pressure) or whether they're the side effects of the cervical cancer vaccine shot I got on Friday. Had about 3g salt anyway with some sunflower seeds. Huge cravings for burgers and KFC today, and I rarely get cravings for fast food.

hey! thanks for stopping by on my journal
My eye... well it's slowly getting better. I really don't understand what is going on with it. I am done with the drops Monday so if it comes back Tuesday I have to go back to the DR. again
The south beach diet bars are soooooo good! They keep my chocolate cravings in check and are also great for a small snack or on the go stuff. They are high in calories but also in protein and vitamins AND they are made with decent stuff, no high fructose corn syrup!
Aside from being a tad expensive they are yummy!!!
P.S. I hear you on the cravings- I work at applebees and all I want to do is eat a nice big back cheeseburger or ranch chicken sandwich!

The cooks are the only ones that get free meals, everyone else has to pay at least half if only working one shirft (i.e. a morning) if we work both a morning and night shift then we get something free..
I was HORRIBLE when I firt started there...I also munch on fries here and there, and croutons but now I know what's good and bad and although I might take a few fries and munch on croutons like there is no tomorrow I consistantly eat the cajun-lime tilapia off the weight watchersmenu! lol

Sleep has been lacking because of the low carbs. I also couldn't sleep last night because I was hungry so I got up and ate sunflower seeds, natural PB and chicken. Am feeling much better today, not so lethargic, and even managed to squeeze out some HIIT. Guess the lethargic feeling was partly due to low cals as well.

Missed out a couple days' posts and food log entries because I was feeling lethargic and crappy from almost no carbs. Just had a two-day carb up and it felt nice at first to have some energy back then it felt not so nice because of the bloat.
Anyhow.

Helen -
3 rounds of
400m run
17.5kg DB swings
12 JPUs
Time: 14:06
Did Helen just to see if anything got better or worse, since I haven't been doing any CrossFit type work and have been kind of doing whatever the heck I want as long as it's compound. The last time I did Helen was 7 Sept and clocked 14:20, a PR. Shaving
another 14s sounds good to me.

- Hadn't done long-distance in awhile and wanted to check also how the adaptation was going... seemed pretty good. Perhaps I could've gone faster and harder than I did, but I think adaptation is almost there because there are hardly any tiredness or lethargy. The only thing is that the bloat is still there.. not sure if that's the carbs or TOM.
