Yeah, happy about that. Been stuck at 420 since January. Nice to move it up a hair.
4/1/08:
April Fool (4 exercises, 1 piece of equipment, ladder up to 8 & back down)
35 lb kettlestack:
-rh 1 swing, 1 clean, 1 snatch, 1 ohs
-lh 2 swing, 2 clean, 2 snatch, 2 ohs
-rh 3 swing, 3 clean, 3 snatch, 3 ohs
-lh 4 swing, 4 clean, 4 snatch, 4 ohs
--etc. up to 8, then...
-rh 8 swing, 8 clean, 8 snatch, 8 ohs
-lh 7 swing, 7 clean, 7 snatch, 7 ohs
-rh 6 swing, 6 clean, 6 snatch, 6 ohs
-lh 5 swing, 5 clean, 5 snatch, 5 ohs
--etc. down to 1
Finished in 25:01. Much harder than I anticipated.

My consistency is lagging again.
4/5/08:
Split and stack about a cord of wood. I also carried 8 double-length chunks of larch about 75 feet up to the truck. These are probably 125 lbs each or so, and I kind of powercleaned & shouldered them and then walked up the hill. That was fun.
4/8/08:
AMRAP, 20 minutes:
-5 ring rows
-10 pushups
-15 squats
-10 situps
-5 thrusters, 95 lbs
I finished 6 rounds plus 5 rows.

that 5,10,15,10,5 WOD's a bit of a monster eh? 6 rounds is pretty good using RX'd thrusters.
You ever tried an RX'd Fran? (I haven't but I suspect my time will be somewhere in the 15+mins catgory if and when I can 'thrust' again  )
