Actually Tim I was thinking more about the plyometric push part of that exercise as good training for explosive punching rather than the shock-absorbing part of it, which would be good training too.

101 eggs in 17 days. This morning I reached 220 lbs, down 8 from the beginning of this experiment.

Congrats Tim, little did you know I wasn't trying to have a contest with you about who could eat the most eggs, rather I was trying to cleanse you for at least 30 days of the C-foods (cakes, cookies, candies, ice cream, chocolate, chips and crackers). Looks like the experiment is paying off.

OK, I've got 74 eggs through today, February 13th. I've thinking about getting a burpee workout in on Thursday to get in shape to pay my debt.

Keep moving forward.

Now you can write your own book: "Pursuit of Egg-celence: How I Lost 8 Pounds in 30 Days On The All-Egg Diet."

LOL...that's funny.

Actually, I double checked and on day 1 I was at 226...so that's just 6 pounds.

Here's Tuesday, 2/13/07:

squat 65x1, 95x1, 115x1, 135x1, 155x1, 185x1, 205x1, 225x5x5. The 225 was going up so easily I decided to go for a new PR, and went on to do 265x1, 285x1 PR

push press 45x1, 65x1, 85x1, 95x1, 115x5x5

I wanted to work on snatch as well, but was out of time.

Wednesday through Sunday I'm going on the road, so I won't be logging workouts or food during that time. I'm still going to keep track, but won't post until I get back. Probably won't do the Fitday log, but I am still going to avoid all the "c" foods, and count eggs!

Counting yesterday, I'm at 108 eggs in 18 days. Most likely won't post again until Sunday or Monday.

Hi Tim,

I finally tallied my count to see where I am at. 106 eggs through today 2/22/2007.

I am in burpee shape and will have to problem settling my debt.

58 days of no cakes, cookies, candies, chocolate, ice cream, crackers, or chips. This is no longer a challenge for me.
