todd did you just use the principles of Max-OT, or did you follow the whole program week for week?

Any chance of talking you into logging every calorie of a full day now that you're on your competition diet down? I for one would be very interested to know exactly what you're eating and supplimenting.

I second the request.
I too have been using the Max OT principles for a couple of months now with the best gains I have ever had. I have been trying to get my diet down to a 'T', logging everything I eat, even made an automated spreadsheet to keep and calculate records. I'd say I eat good, but I know I could have better timing. I read another one of Todd's articles reagrding eating 1/3 of your daily intake 3hrs post workout. I am very curious to know your (Todd ) nutritional intake so i can fine tune mine.
I think it would be a great addition to this post.

Heyy Fellas, i dont follow Todd's routine, but i definitely follow his words of wisdom, i dont do more than 6reps and make sure the weight i can handle is only for a max of 6reps! and ive excelled in the Tricep, Bicep, and Lats significantly by following an appraoch very similar with his ideas behind it.

(since using the max 6rep scheme, and hitting the heaviest weight at the beggining, my dumbell curl 1arm has gone from 25 to 32kg and for tricep liedown dumbell 1arm at a time from 20 to 26kg)

So the principles Todd train's with have to be top-notch !

so todd,

how long to you wait in between sets? does it matter? how long to you wait between exercises? does it matter?

and

do you just prefer to do your exercises in a row? or is there a reason to me it would make more sense to alternate and give your muscles more time

ie insteed of chest chest chest ab ab
chest ab chest ab chest

thanks i am thinking of switching to your routine i just wanna make sure i follow it right

ps as for reps is it that you want to fail between 4-6 or (whatever it is) or is it if you can do more than 4 do 6 but if you can do more than 6 you should of gone heavier:confused:
