ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS:
The brand of my transdermal is the LEGALGEAR but it is actually made by BDC nutrition and marketed under the legalgear name.
I got that, the 6-0X0 and, and the liquid tamoxafin citrate(nolvadex - thats whats in the brown bottle) from LEGALGEAR.

Thanks bro for answering my questions, I will continue to monitor your results to see if this is the product/stack for me. Thanks again for the quick response, and good luck.

Well just keep in mind that my diet is not taylored to gaining muscle mass. I am looking to keep current muscle and lose fat. It should still give you an idea of how good it works BUT, after reading many reviews and such a better lean gainer stack seems to be the legalgear hydroxytest version and I would have done it if this wouldnt have been my first stack. The hydroxytest is an added andro that acts kind of like a mild anti-e and helps keep gains extremely lean!!

If I do another run while I am bulking I will go with they hydroxytest version!! The earliest that I will run it will be late Feburary 2004 BUT if I am not lean enough to start on a bulk by middle Janurary then I am going to go ahead and keep on cutting.... My goal is to be super lean by next summer.

My calorie range after the cycle will be stepped up.
First day after cycle is complete DEC 1.
I will start 2700 calories a day for two weeks
Dec 15 I will bump to 3000 calories a day
On the 29th I will start 3400 calories a day for two weeks and at the end of that two weeks is when I will do my evaluation to see if I will continue to raise or start lowering again.

If I start lowering I will drop calories by 400 every two weeks until I get to 2200 calories again.(based on previous work I have done this should be just enough to keep my body in PRIME fat burning mode while not wasting away too much muscle!!)

If I start to bulk I already have my diet for that laid out too until June but I wont post all of that.....

MACRONUTRIENT BREAKDOWN:
Ok before you see I have devieated from my calorie range and go into convulsions let me explain!!! I am going to bump calories to 2700 for the rest of the cycle. I was hoping to lean out enough by the end of this month to go ahead and start climbing calories slowly towards a bulk. Well Unless a miricale happens I will not be that lean in two weeks so I am going to go ahead and up my calories now to try to get the most( or more) out of the stuff that I can. At the end of the cycle I will up the calories to 3200 for two weeks and then to 3400 for three weeks. At that point I will start bringing my calories back down again by 400 every two weeks until I get to 2200 again, and this (based on past experiences) will drive my body into extreme fat burning mode. So that is the plan. Once I am actually lean enough I will go ahead and make plans to start a continuous clean bulk!!

Calories: 2691
Fat total: 64
Polyunsaturated: 19
Monounsaturated: 9
Carbohydrates: 289
Protein: 244
**** You can view my journal on fitday HERE. ****

WORKOUT: CARDIO! Really good 30 minute session on the bike!!

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
I am going to go ahead and prepare you guys for the this. Dont expect pictures at the end of the cycle. Let me explain. I FEEL as if I am making progress and that is an extreme bonus for me and enough to keep me going!! BUT we all know that feelings and looks especially over a months time frame can be extremely different!! I probably wont be doing pictures because that could be an extreme downer for me if there is not much visual difference and I do not need that!!! I will however keep my picts on file that I took at the beginning and when I feel that I am finished post them up for everyone to see!!!

BTW - let me go ahead and give my initial impression of my cycle up to this point!!! If I had to do it again. I would save my money!!
Granted I may be seeing small gains that I wouldnt have without it but for money/ inconvenience ratio to gains it is very minimal. I would like to try another cycle though while bulking and might do it but after this is completed i am just going to sit tight for a while and work things naturally with my diet!! Of course if I sit tight to long these will proabably be illegal just like steroids!! Who knows.

Take pictures for yourself man, there is no need to post anything... i wish i would have taken pictures when i started cutting/bulking, its easier to see results like that because there is no denying anything... i need to go buy a camera or something.

Oh Ive already taken before pictures!! :-)

I was just saying as far as posting pictures that I took at the beginning of the cycle and when I finish up!!

I will definately take a look at them I just want to wait until I know I have made substantial gains towards my goal that way I can be proud of my results instead of saying well is there really any difference and be discouraged because im having to nit pick over minute differences!?!?! See what im getting at!!

WORKOUT: CHEST

Over all a really good workout!! I am doing consistant 80lb dumbells on incline bench for about 5 reps. I honestly think that one of my main HELPS has been endurance. I used to poop out real easily on my excersizes now I have the endurance to push though to the absolute last rep. I totally attribute this to my intense cardio sessions that I have been doing!! Every time I do cardio I can push through for 2 or 3 minutes longer on the more intense resistance!!

ADDITIONAL NOTES:
There have been no major updates since I have been gone!! Thanks goodness the internet is back up though!!
