Well. I have been continuing on my PCT.
I have an exciting report though!!
My weights that I am lifting has either stayed the same or even gone up.
I think I described the way that I do deadlifts sometimes
Sometimes on the
barbell curl stand so I can go really deep (almost touching toes deep) and when you do it like this you cant set the weight on the ground for a split second inbetween reps or you will squash your fingers.
Well the curl stand was open the other night on my back night so I shot over to it and decided to do them like this since it has been 3 - 4 weeks since I had done them. Well I started off with good warmup sets and finally made it to 375 x 4 very clean and good form. I was stoked!!!
Then last night was my arm night and I always start out my arm workouts with 1 set of extremely good/ clean / heave
barbell bench press(I dont do these on my chest day) Well I started off and everything was feeling good and finally worked my way up to 225 and knocked out 5 with absolutely no help. This is the max that I have been able to do with no help EVER. Then I upped to 235 and did 3 with only a slight amount of help on the last one ( the spotter I got last night was awesome!!!)
Anyway things are coming along!! :-)
No weird feeling or anything BTW on the PCT stuff either!!!
